Tools for Agile Methodologies
-Jira (Atlassian): Used Kanban format in this platform to manage tasks in the agile Framework. These was done by all members in the Scrum Team.
-Confluence (Atlassian): Definitions about SCRUM methodologies and Service Levels for the customers were defined in this tool. This was done with the Guidance of the company and the SCRUM team.
-Microsoft Azure: This tool replaced JIRA for the same purpose.
-Mural: Was used to make Diagrams and understand the User Stories.
-Miro: Was used prior than Mural for the same purpose.
Odoo ERP
Sep 2020: Odoo Learning Partner
For the first time I had a theoretical insight on this ERP.
This allowed me to work in IAS software as a functional consultant.
In 2023 I took a course in Udemy to keep updated on the last odoo version (16).
Infor ERP
The learning of this tool began in 2022 when working at Hubtek for Massy Distribution USA Account.
This tool was used to set demand parameters for the purchasing deparment.
I also learned how to set purchase orders, sales orders and invoices.

Consultancy in market research of the Biomedical sector in Colombia.
This was a market research in Los Andes University for the Biomedical Engineering Department Faculty.
It was targeted to know better the benchmark of this program among different universities. During the research there were found insights on the willingness on new students to study this professional carreer.

-Sidekick: In Tutorya I used this tool to track email activity from leads.
-Constant Contacts: Used it in MBSS to track email campaigns for customers.
-Bitrix24 CRM: Used this CRM tool in 180 Grados to track phone calls and link them with sales opportunities.

-IBM SPSS: Used this tool at Marketing Research class in Los Andes University. With this program statistic conclusions can be done with marketing purpose.
-Arena: This platform was learned in Optimization models class in Los Andes University to analyze operational flows and queues.
-Oracle Crystalball: This software was learned in Optimization models class in Los Andes University. It was used to forecast business scenarios and determine risks.
-Bloomberg: This platform in Los Andes University to know the basics about what is the stock Market.

-Odoo: Used some modules for daily tasks in IAS Software such as CRM, Sales and Employee.
-Quickbooks: Used it in MBSS to consult customer inforrmations and their invoices.
-Slack: This tools was used for comunication with the partners in the team.
-Microsoft Office: Used it in most of my jobs for numerical insights in sales, incoicing and inventory.
-Google Drive: Had use of Google suite with Tutorya and IAS Software.
