Service Leader at IAS Software
(2020-2022)

In this role I was fundamentally an Odoo functional consultant. Before having this job I contacted Odoo to become a learning partner. My learning of the software occurred starting the 2020 Covid pandemics. Made hundreds of slides with notes from the course given by Amy Caroline. All the Odoo modules were studied and could start my role at IAS software.

In IAS I achived the next activities & goals:

- Go live with an implementation for a customer
- IAS became Odoo Gold partner in Colombia with the effort of our team
- Helped building 10 ecommerce websites
- Dictated various live webinars
- Guided customers with functional training sessions
- Helped with the elaboration of commercial proposals for customers

-Confluence (Atlassian): Definitions about SCRUM and Service Levels .
